Drop-In Mindfulness Taster Sessions

To book a FREE 90-minute Mindfulness Taster Session, please fill in a Contact Form and write “Taster Session” and the date you would like to attend in the Comments box.

You will then be sent a Zoom link for the session.  Only 1 Free Taster Session per person, please!
